Our check-in times are from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. If your room is available earlier on the day of arrival, an earlier check-in is of course possible. We ask for your understanding that this can only be confirmed at short notice. If you need the sunshine or carinthia Card for your daily activities before 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, you can of course get them from us in the morning of your day of arrival.
If you arrive after 7:30 p.m., we would ask you to inform us.
Check- out
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. Depending on availability, we can also offer you a late check-out. We ask for your understanding that this can only be confirmed at short notice. Of course you have the possibility to store your luggage safely in our house.
